It’s hard to operate at full capacity when you experience the following:
Too little sleep.
Too much stress.
A lack of sleep affects concentration, mood, energy levels and a whole host of other things. Getting enough of it is severely underrated, especially in business/entrepreneurial circles where a lack of sleep is worn like a badge of honour. I fell into that trap but realise now that I can get more done in 3 hours when I’m well rested than I could in 6 when I’m tired. With too little sleep, concentration goes first and then frustration arrives. Not a recipe for great work or general wellbeing.
Sleep more, stress less.
